Gothic Villa

Unless otherwise agreed at the time of your booking and confirmed in writing by us on your booking confirmation, Gothic Villa, Ferryside is let on the following terms and conditions.

1. WEEKLY BOOKINGS. Weekly bookings usually start on a Friday and run until the following Friday. Occupancy is from 4pm on the day of arrival until 10am on the day of departure. Shorter breaks may be available - please contact us to discuss.
2. Provisional bookings must be confirmed within 7 days of booking by sending a non-refundable deposit of no less than 25% of the total booking value.
3. The balance of your booking must be received at least 4 weeks prior to your holiday start date.
4. In the case of bookings made within less than 4 weeks of your holiday start date, the full booking cost is due within 7 days of the booking.
5. Cancellation
   1. Cancellation notification more than 4 weeks prior to the holiday start date: If the cancellation is notified to us more than 4 weeks prior to the original start date, only the non-refundable deposit will be retained. Any other monies paid will be returned to you.
   2. Cancellation notification less than 4 weeks prior to the holiday start date: If notice of the cancellation is received less than 4 weeks prior to the original start date, and we are unable to re-let Gothic Villa for the same period, the rental will be payable by you in full. Where Gothic Villa is re-let, the non-refundable deposit will be retained, with any other monies paid being returned to you.
6. Dogs are permitted at Gothic Villa by prior arrangement at a charge of £20 per week or part of a week, per dog.
   1. Dogs must not be allowed on the furniture and must not be left unattended in the house.
   2. The guests should ensure that their dog/s is/are secure in the garden and that they do not cause a nuisance to the people of Ferryside.
   3. We ask our guests to unsure that dog mess in the garden is cleared daily and that they remove all dog mess from the beach and roads within the village when walking their dog.
7. Housekeeping deposit: The guest should pay with their rental deposit an additional housekeeping deposit of £150 which will be held for breakages or damage which may occur whilst the guest is staying at Gothic Villa. In most cases the deposit will not be used and the cheque will be shredded and or returned to the guest on their departure.
8. Accidental damage: whilst we know that accidents happen we ask that any damage or breakages be reported as soon as possible to us as soon as possible after it occurs. We reserve the right to charge for any damage to Gothic Villa or breakage of any item of contents.
9. No sub-letting will be allowed and numbers cannot exceed the numbers agreed.
10. There is no Value Added Tax chargeable on the quoted tariff.
