Ardvark - a healthfood shop which sells lots of local, organic produce - remember to take a bag or a basket
Also Carmarthen market every Wednesday & Farmers Market 1st Friday of the month.
Kidwelly has a butcher, baker, newsagent, chemist and Co-op.

Wildlife and Countryside

National Wetland Centre Wales is 2 miles east of Llanelli off the A484 to Swansea. There are lots of events all year round visit www.wwt.org.uk
